In the event of a change in ownership or a merger with, acquisition by, or sale of assets to another business, including through bankruptcy, we reserve the right to transfer all user data collected in connection with the Site, including but not limited to email addresses, to a different corporation.

Cookies AND Website BEACONS WE Used

Cookies are data files that web servers create and store on your device for later access. The Sites utilise cookie technology to improve a feature or make the Sites easier to use, enhancing your online experience. In general, you can choose to disable cookies. However, in order for some features of the websites to function, such registration and commenting, you must allow cookies. MCWS employs reasonable safeguards to preserve the security of any information we have collected from or about you and to guard against its loss, misuse, and alteration. The personally identifiable data that MCWS holds is kept in a secure setting with just a few administrators having access.


Residents of California may elect not to have their personal information about them disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes if they have an existing business connection with MCWS. Your personal information might occasionally be given to thoroughly vetted businesses that provide goods or services we think you’ll like. Please send us a request opting out of such disclosures together with your name, email address, street address, and phone number to Help@playboyshop.com if you do not want us to disclose your personal information with such third parties. Your request to opt out will be handled 30 days after it is received.
